**About Epiroc**:Epiroc is a multinational company with a presence in 150 countries; which with innovative technology, develops and provides safe and state-of-the-art equipment, such as drilling machinery and construction tools for use in surface and underground mining.It also offers world-class after-sales services and solutions for automation, digitalization and electrification.**Life at Epiroc**By joining our team, you will be part of a group of knowledgeable and helpful colleagues who live by our core values: collaboration, commitment and innovation.The work environment in the mining and construction industries presents unique and interesting challenges that you will not find in other industries.Our culture is characterized by care for work-life balance, professional development, global professional opportunities and an epic benefits package.**Purpose of the role**The Global Process Support will also assist in process documentation and training activities as needed.**Responsibilities**:- Be the third line support person for M3 related Finance process issues, and in this role be the prime receiver of ServiceNow tickets and responsible to solve the issues independently or coordinate with team colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure short resolution times- Assist with access management for Finance within M3 and BI-platforms, in accordance with rules related to segregation of duty and data confidentiality- Participate in improvement and harvesting initiatives within the Finance process area- Coach and support colleagues in the finance community to achieve maximum performance for Epiroc- Continuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and modern tools like RPA and BPM as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies- Ensure an excellent communication flow with all relevant stakeholders within Epiroc and with external partners**Requirements**:- Relevant University degree completed- Broad experience of accounting in multinational companies- 3-5 years' work experience in the finance area in a multinational organization is required- Fluent in written and spoken English- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Good understanding of work flows, process steps and procedures within finance- Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 tools like Outlook, Teams Excel and PowerPoint- People management potential; Very good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all company departments, with other Group colleagues and with third parties- Ability to create and run good relationship within the company and with external stakeholders- Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines- Strong continuous improvement mindset- Positive attitude, analytical approach with strong problem solving skills- Ability to plan work effectively- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details- Team player, enthusiastic, innovative, and pro-active with good organizing and time management skills
