Credit & Collections Supervisor owns the Accounts Receivable department and ensures compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations (Local and Corporative).Be responsible for reduce of accrued debt as measured by collection amounts vs accrued amount.Define, Validate, and execute AR operational programs and processes, measuring the success, and identifying further opportunities for improvement.Be responsible for deciding on skills development, coaching, and the AR team structure.Assist with both external and internal control audits related AR matters.Provide support to the AR team to ensure smooth execution of daily action plans.Meeting interval, daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.(Visual Management follow up)Define the strategy and execute the plan hand in hand with the AR team to meet the monthly collection forecast.Identify opportunities for improvement in Collections skills.Conduct Trainings to improve the key metrics of the AR department.Partners with the other departments in the execution of the tactics around building positive and high performing culture oriented to customer satisfaction.Identify and correct AR process gaps that will improve both the customer, collection process and the satisfaction of the AR team, while simultaneously driving desired business results.Action customer and AR Team feedback and insights to drive improvements across the collections process.Analyze monthly metrics to gain insights into AR dynamics.Use analytical insights to drive improvements in our AR cycle time and our company's overall financial performance.Support and/or lead department activities related to process improvements and standard work.Partner with the commercial team to understand and listen the customer needsWhen you join us, you'll also be joining Danaher's global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.As an associate, you'll try new things, work hard, and advance your skills with guidance from dedicated leaders, all with the support of powerful Danaher Business System tools and the stability of a tested organization.At Danaher, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.Our associates, customers and shareholders contribute unique and different perspectives as a result of these diverse attributes.If you've ever wondered what's within you, there's no better time to find out.
