About Us:We are recruiting for a family-owned Hotel in New Hampshire. Known for its warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and homemade breakfasts, they provide a relaxing, personalized experience to guests. They also host a variety of events throughout the year, including private functions and community gatherings.This job is based in the USA and successful candidates will be fully sponsored and have relocation assistance.Position Overview:We are seeking a hands-on, people-focused Hospitality & Lodging Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Inn. The ideal candidate will combine operational oversight with a warm, guest-first attitude that reflects the hotels family-centered values. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a close-knit team environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences from check-in to breakfast.Requirements:Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and grounds are clean, well-maintained, and reflect the charm and quality of the InnDeliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring service standards are consistently metGreet and register guests, respond to inquiries, and ensure all special requests are handled with careSupervise and support front-desk and housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementCoordinate front-desk operations, room assignments, billing, and reservationsMaintain and track daily operations including occupancy, expenses, inventory, and vendor relationsSet and manage budgets, approve purchases, and optimize resource allocation across departmentsAssist with the planning and coordination of events, small weddings, and group bookingsWork closely with kitchen and breakfast staff to maintain our high standards of food and serviceQualifications:Previous experience in lodging, innkeeping, or hospitality management requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong leadership and problem-solving ability in a guest-focused environmentComfortable with hands‑on management, including occasional assistance with front-desk or housekeeping tasksProficient in property management software (or willing to learn)Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidaysA passion for New England hospitality and a genuine love for making guests feel at homeBenefits:Competitive salary based on experienceA close-knit, supportive work environmentThe chance to work in a beautiful historic setting with meaningful guest interactionsOpportunity to help grow and shape the guest experience at a beloved local institutionVisa sponsorship and full support with travel and relocation arrangements #J-18808-Ljbffr
