Marketing Operations Manager Horario: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. Objetivo del puesto Asegurar la correcta operación, ejecución y control de las estrategias de marketing, optimizando procesos, presupuestos y campañas para maximizar resultados comerciales y eficiencia operativa.

Responsabilidades

Coordinar y ejecutar la operación de campañas de marketing a nivel regional. Administrar y controlar presupuestos y fondos de marketing, validando uso de recursos, fechas límite y lineamientos establecidos. Gestionar la relación con partners, equipos internos y proveedores para la correcta ejecución de campañas, eventos y activaciones. Procesar órdenes de compra, facturación, documentación y reembolsos dentro de plataformas internas.

Dar seguimiento al registro y control de campañas en sistemas internos. Analizar KPIs de inversión, desempeño y resultados para detectar desviaciones y oportunidades de optimización. Resolver incidencias relacionadas con campañas, discrepancias de presupuesto o resultados. Solicitar, validar y enviar evidencias de ejecución al cierre de cada trimestre.

Supervisar y dar seguimiento a una persona a su cargo, asegurando el cumplimiento de procesos y objetivos. Proponer mejoras para optimizar la colaboración entre los equipos de marketing y ventas.

Requisitos

Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Administración, Negocios o carrera afín. Experiencia en marketing operations, marketing digital u operación de campañas. Manejo de presupuestos, control administrativo y reporting. Experiencia trabajando con múltiples stakeholders.

Dominio intermedio–avanzado de Excel y herramientas de marketing. Inglés intermedio o avanzado. Competencias clave Pensamiento analítico, organización, atención al detalle, comunicación efectiva, resolución de problemas, orientación a resultados y liderazgo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
