This position will support and assure the maximum use of the Company's resources, working directly with the Accounting Manager and Junior Controller in general accounting activities, establishing the required internal controls within the Company, as well as the internal controls.- To assure internal controls and policies of the organization, to coordinate internal and external audits.- To monitor and identify the veracity of the financial information generated under accounting principles.- Job responsibilities include: working with financial statements, balance sheet, journal entries, reconciliations, and variances in general ledger.- The primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to the monthly end close activities- Support in the preparation of financial reports or KPIs of the operation.- Teamwork with costs and controlling areas to assign cost centers or general ledger accounts for project tracking and cost reduction.- Perform month-end activities that guarantee accuracy of financial information (Inventories, monthly bookings, Bills of materials, Indirect costs related with sales, among others).- Prepare monthly balance accounts reconciliations of Trial Balance: Inventory, Fixed Assets, Depreciation, Cost of Sales, among others.- Support to provide financial information to government authorities when required.- Creates monthly Financial Reports for Mexico.Prepare the analysis for the accounts that integrate cost of sales.**Your profile is**:- You are recent graduated as Public Accountant, Administration, Finance, or related.- Accounting in Manufacturing field experience desirable- Advance English proficiency.- At least 1 years in a financial area.- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) is a bonus.- Knowledge is accounting regulations is a bonus.
