**Objective**The Accounting Analyst has the primary responsibility to support the General Accounting team to ensure the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting is timely and accurate. Additionally supports the Finance & Accounting area on compliance with SOX, company polices and Local GAAP and reports directly to Tax & Accounting Coordinator who reports to the Finance Manager**Responsibilities**- Prepare accounting records, verifying that they are shown in accordance with the accounting and information regulations applicable.- Analysis and Review the Monthly accruals- Prepare the GL accounting reconciliations reviewing the completeness of the financial information- Support and review the payments proposals and record payments to suppliers' system. Reconciliation: Review the reconciliation of supplier account statements with account balances with suppliers.- Tax compliance and reporting: preparation of tax packages, with tax reconciliation notes, journal entries, calculation of effective tax rates, tax reporting notes for financial statements (local and USGAAP); tax returns, tax payments and invoices- Preparation of Financial Statements.- Perform and review monthly close process to ensure books and records are accurately stated and all close procedures are completed- Prepares financial audit files and attention to external and internal auditors on specific questions and doubts.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting / Finance / Administration. (Titled)- 2 - 4 years of accounting, auditing &/or financial experience- Intermediate English (speaking and writing)- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)- Understanding of Mexican GAAP
