?Category Management Specialist ?Empresa líder en el sector de moda y lencería busca incorporar a su equipo un Ejecutivo Catman encargado de impulsar la estrategia comercial mediante análisis, planificación y ejecución de categoría.Responsabilidades principalesAnalizar información comercial, sell-out, KPIs, scorecards y tendencias para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.Administrar y consolidar datos en plataformas BI (Power BI, SAP, MicroStrategy).Mantener y actualizar planogramas maestros, surtidos y catálogos por marca.Diseñar y ejecutar planes de negocio y estrategias de categoría (layouts, surtidos, promociones).Generar insights con datos Nielsen y preparar guías de mercado enfocadas en Walmart.Participar en proyectos especiales, aperturas y montajes garantizando una ejecución alineada a la estrategia comercial.Fungir como asesor experto para Ventas, Trade, Marketing y Desarrollo de Producto.RequisitosLicenciatura concluida: Economía, Negocios-Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en Category Management o Business Intelligence.Excel intermedio/avanzado y conocimiento de herramientas BI (Power BI indispensable).Manejo de Space Planning / JDA (deseable).Conocimiento del Proceso Catman 8 pasos y análisis de datos.OfrecemosSueldo base competitivo.Vales de despensa.Bono de puntualidad.Bono trimestral por objetivos.Servicio de comedor.Caja de ahorro.Prestaciones superiores a las de ley.Modalidad híbrida (1 día de home office).Ubicación: Naucalpan, Estado de México.??
