Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cypress. Perform API testing to validate the functionality and performance of web services. Conduct database testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Utilize AWS services to support testing environments and processes. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop test plans. Execute automated and manual tests to identify defects and ensure software quality. Analyze test results, report defects, and track issues to resolution. Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes. What you need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Selenium and Cypress for automated testing. Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured). Solid understanding of database testing and SQL. Hands‑on experience with AWS services. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Skills: Selenium, Cypress, API testing, DB testing, AWS Knowledge of writing Specflow tests and how AWS works Preferred: Data generation experience would be a plus Experience with other automated testing tools and frameworks. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of performance and load testing.
