OverviewAbout Albea & the Product line that is recruiting Albéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical and food packaging.Our site, Albéa Querétaro is specialized in Laminate Tubes for Oral Care, Hair Care, Cosmetics & Pharmaceutical Markets.ScopeFacilitate the implementation, development and dissemination of the 26 continuous improvement initiativesStreamline production lines and reduce scrapFollow up on plant saving projects to meet the stated objectivesMain activitiesIdentify opportunities for improvementDefining and creating the site's CI Operating AgendaDevelop and implement projectsFacilitate team participationUse continuous improvement tools and methodologiesTraining and coaching on CI tools and techniques.Measure and monitor resultsCommunicate results and benefitsAccountability including KPIsTraining and development of the 8D CISP methodologyCoordinate Kaizen, SMED, DMAIC to streamline production linesManage, administer and update the Fabriq platformReview, analyze, and modify plant reports for corporate presentation (Albea 360)Generate savings projects to meet plant objectivesProfile (Experience & qualifications)3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive companyResults-orientedAbility to manage changeNegotiation and conflict resolution skillsAbility to communicate at all levels of the organizationIntermediate or advanced EnglishLean Manufacturing Green or Black BeltMicrosoft Office Management (Advanced)SAP/MES ManagementMinitab Management#J-*****-Ljbffr
