This requires strong communication skills, credibility, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Qualifications:- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or other field with at least 5 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.- Strong ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions.- Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate process changes and collaborate with team members.- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Minitab, or other statistical packages.- Ability to work effectively in a team and foster a cooperative work environment.- Flexibility to adapt to new ideas and changes in processes.Preferred Qualifications:- Project Management Professional (PMP): This certification is valuable for engineers who wish to move into project management roles or other Lean Program certification.LI-TM1Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
