Finance Manager

**Summary**: The Finance Manager will have responsibility for liquidity management, tax compliance, budgeting and forecasting, project cost accounting, and financial reporting and analysis in addition to monthly accounting close.The position needs to be hands-on with daily operation and has extensive exposure to the CFO and business leaders in the US and Mexico operations.**Responsibilities**:Work closely with Treasurer on cash flow, liquidity, foreign currency, tax and internal risk control management2. Responsible for tax strategy, tax accounting, tax return, transfer pricing, within othersWork closely with Finance Director on accounting close at monthly, quarterly, and annual basisMaintain appropriate controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial and statistical reportingManage securing general insurancesProvide routine actual, budget, variance, and KPI reports in support of controlling costs.Create and update management and board presentation materialsSupport the business planning cycle by maintaining forecast models and projections based on analysis and interpretation of financial and operational data; effectively communicating links to business performanceWork cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to manage the invoicing processContribute to ad-hoc projects as necessary, both within and beyond primary area of focus**Required Qualifications**:1. BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or Finance2. MBA preferred (or in process of pursuing)3. Minimum of 4-5 years of previous work experience in Finance or related field required4. Knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies5. Excellent time management and organizational ability6. Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment7. Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork8.
