Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:**This position reports to**:NEMA Finance Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Contributes to the definition of the strategy for the factory/manufacturing site.- Serves as the key partner for the relevant factory manager in determining strategy for area of responsibility and developing a global business model, aligning with wider strategy, implementing, and making adjustments in implementation as needed.- Maintains constant contact with relevant stakeholders regarding financial, market and customer situation and outlook.- Evaluates financial implications of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios and recommends actions.- Identifies issues and advises management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve.- Drives appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency. Special focus areas: product/business line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis/inventory analysis, incl. cycle count results.- Establishes and oversees processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensures high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.- Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency for area of responsibility.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (or related discipline).- 5 years finance experience with significant presence in a manufacturing environment.- Strong analysis skills.- Very good understanding of manufacturing controlling, cost accounting, plant controls, drivers of results.- Comfortable working with and influencing remote teams (CoE, M&S, HUB, GPG, GBS, etc.)- Structured approach to problem solving paired with a highly proactive and result-driven attitude.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
