Degree and 2+ years or Ph.D. and 1+ yearsDemonstrated problem-solving ability using statistical and process knowledgeFamiliar with data analysis tools such as JMP or MinitabDefine and establish statistical process control charts and PFMEA as neededExperience with product, test development engineering, and hands-on experience in Reliability testing methodologies according to industry standardsDemonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, management teams, and customersGood software skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointKnowledge of quality control tools such as Flowchart and Fishbone diagram
