HolaSomos un holding internacional de IT con más de 8 años de experiência, que crea y promociona sus propios productos de entretenimiento.Estamos en constante crecimiento y buscamos Managers de Afiliados para el departamento de trabajo con socios.Junto a nosotros, trabajarás con miles de socios en todo el mundo, que tienen una audiencia en Internet: propietarios de sitios web, aplicaciones móviles, canales de YouTube y Telegram, tipsters o pronosticadores deportivos, blogueros e influencers.Serás responsable de buscar y atraer a estos socios.Únete a nuestro equipoResponsabilidades principales:- Análisis de datos en redes sociales para identificar socios potenciales;- Captación de nuevos socios, informarles sobre el producto, negociación y manejo de objeciones;- Desarrollar la base de socios actual y construir relaciones de confianza;- Preparar y ayudar en el lanzamiento de campañas publicitarias;- Asistir a conferencias internacionales especializadas;- Participar en proyectos de equipo de la compañía y del departamento.**Requisitos**:- Iniciativa y dedicación;- Habilidad para escribir de manera clara, concisa y correcta;- Disponibilidad para estar en contacto fuera del horario de oficina;- Capacidad para conectar con personas y poder de convencimiento;- Deseo de aprender y motivación por el crecimiento profesional continuo.Será una ventaja:- Conocimiento de idiomas extranjeros;- Experiência en Affiliate Marketing, ventas, gestión de cuentas, publicidad en Internet, atención al cliente o trabajo con socios.Ofrecemos:- Oficina cómoda de clase "A";- Jornada laboral reducida: 7 horas + 1 hora para almorzar;- Flexibilidad en el inicio del día laboral, puedes llegar entre las 10:00 y las 14:00;- Formación individual a cargo de la empresa en el campo del marketing de afiliados;- Vacaciones pagadas y bajas por enfermedad;- Posibilidad de rápido crecimiento profesional: desde líder de equipo hasta director de toda una oficina;- Todo lo necesario para trabajar: equipo técnico y acceso a la biblioteca corporativa;- Cultura corporativa desarrollada: eventos deportivos, entrenamientos, actividades de team building, fiestas y talleres;- Salario estable que se revisa periódicamente, junto con un alto componente de bonificación con KPI transparentes.Sin retrasos ni multas.Si eres ambicioso, estás enfocado en el desarrollo y listo para nuevos desafíos, esperamos con ansias tu respuesta y currículumHabilidades: Publicidad en Internet, Comunicación comercial y empresarial, Negociación, Escritura adecuada, Pensamiento estratégico, Mercados internacionales, Marketing de afiliación, Pensamiento analítico
