Technical Sourcer RoleAbout the Position:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sourcer to join our team.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top technical talent for our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Partner with recruitment teams and clients to define roles and value propositions.- Identify, engage, qualify, and manage candidates across various technical roles and clients.- Develop strategic pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using cutting-edge sourcing strategies to connect with premier talent.- Utilize data and tools to continually enhance overall effectiveness and share insights with the team.- Maintain long-term relationships with top industry talent.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience working as a Technical Sourcer, preferably with expertise in defining and executing sourcing strategies for passive software engineering talent.- A passion for sourcing and finding top-caliber candidates, leveraging a variety of tools, websites, and techniques.- In-depth knowledge of the tech industry, including modern technical skills, notable companies, and engineering communities.- An established network of software engineers, data engineers, ML/AI experts, QAs, DevOps, and other product development professionals in Latin America.- Previous experience working for a tech startup is highly desirable.- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.- Business-level or higher fluency in English.We strive to create a diverse and inclusive workforce.If you're passionate about this role but don't meet 100% of the qualifications, we encourage you to apply.Terminal is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetics, or any other basis forbidden under federal, provincial, or local law.
