**-MAQUILADORA CONFIDENCIAL-****Solicita**:**PC&L Superintendent****Descripción y Requisitos****General objective**This position is responsible for the overall procurement of raw materials, supplies and equipment for the organization.While ensuring warehousing and distributing of raw materials, goods-in-process and finished goods while controlling and scheduling the material flow.Directs receiving, stores and shipping operations and all activities of material planning and control, including the development of objectives, policies and processes.**Responsibilities**- Manage all aspects of the customer service & production control departments- Achieve successful on time delivery through production goals- Ability to fully manage Master Production Schedule is key- Directs and coordinates the activities within the PC&L department- Deliver cost reductions to attain Plant financial targets, while administering the highest levels of Quality- Responsible to oversee that raw materials and components are available for production- Directs scheduling and shipping departments to ensure customer demands and expectation are met- Meet/exceed targets for customer performance metrics- Directs all planning functions to ensure efficient, timely delivery of part- Manage planning and inventory control activities for engineering changes, part revisions, launches- Create, Verify, Implement & Sustain new processes while enhancing existing ones- Manage the production schedule with efficient communication while ensuring weekly targets are achieved- Provide the proper delivery service to the Operation while tracking any and all downtime and all other related KPIs- Ensure SAP is being utilized for full functionality in supplier planning, production scheduling, inventory and logistics across PC&L**Experience**- 3-5 years in similar position.- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Materials Management, Supply Chain or Logistics; advanced degree or professional certifications are desired.- Excellent planning and scheduling experience with a strong knowledge and capability of utilizing SAP.- Strong experience in material flow- Qualifications and Skills- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing requirements and planning.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficient with computerized materials control programs.- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP or similarPuesto: Materiales**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
