Dekko is a diverse and dynamic company that thrives on innovation.Since ****, we have been a strong strategic partner to some of the world's largest brands, providing both manufacturing and engineering design support.At Dekko, you will find amazing people, challenging and rewarding work, and a unique culture built around our core values: Integrity, Accountability, Passion, Unity, and Customer Focus.Our commitment to quality and innovation allows us to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.DepartmentProductionReports ToProduction ManagerPosition SummaryThe Production Superintendent is responsible for managing production programs and quality objectives under cost, safety, and environmental parameters established by the company.This role ensures compliance with customer requirements, efficient use of resources, and continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and employee engagement.Main ResponsibilitiesManage the production plan according to customer requirements.Administer and develop the human resources under their responsibility.Ensure compliance with product quality objectives.Participate in and support activities involving team members under supervision.Oversee physical inventory processes and ensure accurate reporting.Establish operational goals and metrics that contribute to the plant's performance.Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesOversee manufacturing operations (WPS/ECA) with the support of the plant's management team.Ensure efficiency across production systems, safety, quality, and inventory control.Review and approve production schedules.Participate in budget planning and capital investment analysis.Support internal and external audits (first, second, and third party) for quality and environmental systems.Attend production and planning meetings.Manage personnel in alignment with customer and company requirements.Lead problem-solving initiatives related to customer issues or safety risks.Provide coaching and development for direct reports.Monitor key performance indicators to ensure company goals are met.Support visits from clients and corporate teams.Conduct regular meetings with production personnel.Identify training needs and coordinate with the Training Department.Ensure personnel comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards.Plan preventive maintenance activities and delegate responsibilities to ensure optimal equipment performance.Evaluate absenteeism and turnover rates and implement corrective actions.Promote operational controls related to energy, water, and waste management.Report any safety or environmental risks to the EHS department.Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal according to established guidelines.Ensure that supervisors understand and apply operational controls within their areas.Required EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role within manufacturing environments.KnowledgeProduction planning and logistics (MP&L).Problem-solving and continuous improvement.Quality and environmental standards ISO ****, IATF *****, ISO *****.Training needs analysis.Skills and CompetenciesProficiency in MS Office, TRESS Supervisors, BPCS, and ETQ systems.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Analytical thinking and effective decision-making.Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.Values and AttributesIntegrity, responsibility, teamwork, passion, customer focus, ethical conduct, and commitment to safety and information privacy.If you are passionate about leadership, production management, and continuous improvement, and want to grow within a company that values excellence and teamwork,Join Dekko and be part of our operational success story.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProduct ManagementIndustriesAppliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
