Overview: The Product Marketing Manager, Mexico, will be responsible for leading all the portfolio categories and business initiatives, to support to the overall business.Also, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible of new products strategy understanding the industry, through market insights and market research to meet customer needs.This role needs to understand the whole project from start to end - creating the strategy, launching the product and reinforce it if necessary.Job Qualifications:Skills:- Strong leadership, organizational and team management skills that demonstrate the ability to be a good listener, provide clear direction, make sound decisions and multi-task- Customer oriented for strategic planning- Project management abilities capable to communicate with different stakeholders in different areas of the comany- Strong analytical, critical, strategic and creative thinking- Decision maker - lead the way within the strategy in mid and long term with problem solving abilities- Flexible and adaptableLanguages:- Native in Spanish- Advance in English**Experience**:- 5+ years of brand management & product marketing experience in a traditional Consumer Packaged Goods company- 2+ years of Project Management coordinating multiple projects at the same time- 4+ years of analytical experience understanding a product portfolio performance or sales reports**Education**:- Industrial Engineer, MarketingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- 5+ years of brand management & product marketing experience in a traditional Consumer Packaged Goods company- Project Management certification (PMP) - Desirable- Advanced English- Oracle Agile- Management of information sources such as: Euromonitor, Mintel, Nielsen, de la Riva, etc.- Availability to travel to US
