**Objetivo del puesto**:Dirigir la estrategia integral de marketing para el portafolio de productos alimenticios consumo masivo, con fuerte enfoque en innovación, desarrollo de nuevos productos y posicionamiento competitivo en México y mercados internacionales.**Responsabilidades clave**:- Liderar el diseño, desarrollo y lanzamiento de productos desde insights de consumidor hasta ejecución en punto de venta.- Definir e implementar estrategias 360° (ATL, BTL, digital, promoción) que fortalezcan el equity de marca.- Gestionar el portafolio actual y futuro de productos: rentabilidad, pricing, arquitectura y expansión.- Administrar el presupuesto de marketing asegurando retorno sobre inversión.- Coordinar investigaciones de mercado, estudios sensoriales y pruebas de concepto.- Impulsar una cultura de alto desempeño, creatividad y ejecución acelerada.- Colaborar estrechamente con áreas clave: Trade, Ventas, Producción, I+D y Dirección General.**Perfil buscado**:- +12 años de experiência en marketing de consumo masivo, idealmente en alimentos o bebidas.- Trayectoria comprobable en innovación y lanzamientos exitosos en el mercado mexicano.- Habilidades sólidas en análisis de consumidor, manejo de marca, comunicación y gestión de P&L.- Liderazgo estratégico con enfoque comercial y sensibilidad hacia el consumidor.- Inglés avanzado.**Ofrecemos**:Salario competitivo + prestaciones adicionales de ley y paquete de compensación atractivoHorario: Lunes a Viernes, Sábados medio día (Posibilidad de HO).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Incluye fines de semana- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
