Job SummaryResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of marketing processes to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of tasks.Monitor print media channels to gather relevant data and insights for marketing strategies.Track internet media platforms to analyze trends and measure the impact of marketing campaigns.Provide detailed reports on media monitoring activities to support decision-making processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with overall business objectives.Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all marketing activities.Utilize data analytics tools to interpret media monitoring results and provide actionable insights.Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns by providing accurate media monitoring data.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in media monitoring and marketing operations.Assist in the training and development of junior team members in media monitoring techniques.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on marketing operations and media monitoring activities.Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure continuous monitoring and support for marketing operations.QualificationsMust have a strong background in Marketing Operations with relevant experience.Should possess expertise in Print Media Monitoring and Internet Media Monitoring.Must be proficient in English with excellent reading writing and speaking skills.Should have experience in using data analytics tools for media monitoring.Must be able to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
