Manages the direct day-to-day contact with our customers, delivers sales and customer support and ensures order fulfillment to increase customer satisfaction and build long term profitable relationships_Your responsibilities- Directly manage the response, follow-up, and/or status updates in the ERP system for Regular Opex Opportunities, including the reception of opportunities, proposal preparation, submission to the client, and subsequent follow-up to obtain the Purchase Order.- Ensure the correct registration of the Purchase Order (PO) in the Epicor System, creating the corresponding shared folder.- Ensure revenue generation and backlog date updates for each of the accounts under your responsibility.- Supervise the proper handling of Purchase Orders by the Procurement Team.- Manage the cataloging of required products.- Provide royalty amounts to the T&L team.- Participate, when required, in joint client visits together with the Territory Management and/or Site Account Manager teams.What you bring- 6 years of experience on sales or customer support- Advance English Skills- Advance Excel SkillsFLSmidth is the leading supplier of engineering, equipment and service solutions to customers in the mining and minerals industries - for more information please visit
