**Descripción y Requisitos***:Regional Logistics Manager (Advanced Planning, Procurement and Warehouse & Inventory Control)****Position objective**:The overall responsibility and accountability of the Regional Logistics (Advanced Planning and Warehouse & Inventory Control) continuously strive and thrive to achieve the outstanding distribution of the flow of materials and supplies of the organization based on the performance and knowledge of the supply chain, according to the policies of the company oriented to the growth of the business and supporting our company ´s vision, mission, values and strategies.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineer, International Commerce or related field- 5+ years of experience in similar position- Experience in Customer relationship: Networking & performance- IS Business development: EDI & Auto connect- Obsoletes sales knowledge.- Logistics protocols with customers experience- Multisite interactor experience- Effective Communications Skills- Fluent in English**Main responsibilities**:- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and monitor performance and progress of deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction while optimizing costs.- Ensure ERP systems are effective, accurate and maintained and review opportunities to standardize and streamline utilizing current or new systems.- Interpret and analyze complex data and trends and develop recommendations and strategies based on data analysis.- Ensure that plans, schedules, and performance metrics are available and regularly report progress to internal stakeholders.- Prepare the annual Customer Service budget as well as ensuring compliance with customer and legal requirements.- Contribute to new projects and review and communicate the impact on Customer service activities.- Assure elimination and avoidance by Solving complex problem cases, as well as developing actions or recommendations.- Provides leadership to Regional and Local Customer service department.- Coaches, mentors and develops direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions.- Develops appropriate organizational structure, resource plans and culture to support the business objectives and customer deliverables.- Works with the CS Regional team to translate strategy into specific annual performance goals and departmental objectives including KPIs.- Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.**Skills**- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.- Strong leadership and people management skillPuesto: Materiales- **Información Adicional**: Tipo de contrato: PermanenteSalario: NegociablePais:MEXICOEstado o Region: ChihuahuaCiudad: Ciudad Juarez
