Workday Payroll Managed Services Consultant I (Mexico) Join TopBloc as a Workday Payroll Managed Services Consultant I and support clients in optimizing their payroll processes. Location Monterrey, N.L. C.P. 64640, Torre Hélice, Av San Jerónimo 1104, piso 19, Col. San Jeronimo, Monterrey, MX Training & Availability Mandatory In‑Office Training Dates (Daily): January 26, 2026 – March 6, 2026 (Monday‑Friday)Hybrid Schedule: 3 days per week in office after training. Service Hours: 9 am – 7 pm CST, with flexibility beyond standard hours as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (required). 1+ years experience running or processing payroll (preferred). 1+ years client‑interfacing or consulting experience (preferred). Experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and co‑workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust. Good problem‑solving skills with an ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives. Responsibilities Act as a named specialist for customers, providing guidance, best practices, solutions, and instructions using the Workday Payroll platform. Work directly with clients, solving Workday Payroll issues as they arise. Act as liaison between ADP and Workday through SmartCompliance monitoring and issue resolution. Configure Workday payroll components, reports, and other features of varying complexity. Understand Workday implementation methodology and perform pre‑production duties such as executing test scripts and converting legacy data. Participate in internal training updates, sharing skills and learnings with the organization. Assist with internal initiatives aimed at improving the team, department, or company. Maintain timeliness of service level agreements and target an average billability of 80% quarterly. Be accessible during service hours and flexible to work beyond the standard window as needed. Attend Workday Payroll training and become Workday certified. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
