We are looking for a Workday Payroll Managed Services Consultant I who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.Requirements (What We’re Looking For):- Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (required)- 1+ years experience running or processing payroll (preferred)- 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (preferred)- Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (preferred)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectivesResponsibilities (What You’ll Do):- Act as a named specialist for customers providing guidance, best practices, solutions and instructions using the Workday Payroll platform to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs- Work directly with clients, solving Workday Payroll issues as they arise- Act as the liaison between ADP and Workday through SmartCompliance monitoring and issue resolution- Configure Workday payroll components, reports, etc. of varying complexity levels- Understands Workday implementation Methodology and performs various pre-production responsibilities as assigned including executing test scripts, converting legacy data into Workday, etc.- Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization- Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company- Maintain timeliness of service level agreements and average billability of 80% quarterly- Accessible during service hours (9am-7pm CST) and flexibility to work beyond the standard service window as needed.- Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization- Attend Workday Payroll training and become Workday certifiedPhysical Requirements:- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerBenefits (What We’re Offering):- Fast-paced and result oriented work culture with competitive base salary- Comprehensive legal benefits package in accordance with Mexican labor law plus:Christmas bonus (30 days)70% vacation bonus15 days off per yearHome office bonus or transportation bonus$1,600 food stampsPrivate medical insurance for you and your familyDental and Optical insuranceLife insuranceTraining platformAgreements with UniversitiesFinancial services (MINU)Total Pass Gym- TopBloc is an Equal Opportunity Employer_
