Were looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for building scalable financial processes. This person will play a key role in shaping the foundation of our Finance team working closely with our Head of Finance to develop forecasting models track performance and support strategic decision-making.While the role sits within the Finance function the first challenge will be to dive deep into financial data analyzing trends optimizing reporting and improving budget visibility before evolving into a more strategic business partner role.This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical rigor with business insight and grow into one of the most impactful roles in driving Nikos mission of sustainable energy solutions.What were looking forProfessional ExperienceAt least 3 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.Proven expertise in analyzing financial and statistical data to evaluate operational performance profitability and business success.Strong background in financial modeling budgeting and forecasting with a deep understanding of revenue cost and profitability dynamics.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUPs data analysis and Macros).Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo or SAP with experience in implementation or management.Strong grasp of unit economics cash flow management and LTV : CAC analysis .Strategic & Operational CompetenceAbility to support executive leadership in complex financial analysis and critical finance functions including accounting and treasury.Experience managing or supporting investor relationships (Equity and Debt) and preparing related financial documentation.Business-oriented mindset acting as a finance ambassador across Sales Operations and Technical teams.Soft SkillsExcellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with investors stakeholders and leadership teams.Highly adaptable and autonomous capable of moving seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities in fast-paced evolving environments.Key SkillsBusiness IntelligenceCategory ManagementDrawingElectrical ControlsAcademicsGraphics DesignEmployment Type: EmployeeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
