Assembly Site Supervisor

Assembly Site Coordinator Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Assembly Site Coordinator to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring mechanical installation and assembly activities at customer sites.- Coordinate daily installation and assembly activities at the customer site.- Supervise external contractors and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.- Support the Project Engineer in the planning and execution of on-site work.Key Responsibilities- Verify that installation is completed according to technical drawings, flow diagrams, and mechanical specifications.- Participate in site meetings and report on work progress and potential deviations.- Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are properly used and stored on-site.Requirements- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering.- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, installation, or site supervision, ideally within the food, beverage, or chemical industry.- Experience supervising contractors or small site teams.- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and assembly procedures.Benefits- Be part of a dynamic environment with exposure to large-scale industrial projects.- Gaining valuable experience in international project execution and field operations.- Continuous learning opportunities and a collaborative team culture.
