Logistic Customer Service Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal demand planning performance across our operations.About the RoleAssure Customer satisfaction related to product delivery on time/quantity/qualityLiaise between customer and plant logistics; bringing voice of the customer within plant.Manage and support customer logistics specialist regarding customer orders and delivery management (EDI-ASN, Customer Portals, ERP tools etc)Act as Brembo Plant Logistic interface with the Customer LogisticsResponsibilitiesFulfills customer inquiries and documentation regarding order, deliveries, shipmentsContribute to Demand Planning activities within S&OP process.Monitors customer portfolio deviations in comparison toward S&OP demand.Coordinate achievement of customer service metrics (service level/backlog), special transport minimizationMonitors the cumulative customer demand variation and accuracy highlighting critical cases.Monitors service level as published/communicated by customer to implement/follow up improvement actions. QualificationsBachelor's degree or relevant experience+5 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Customer Service (Essential).Customer portals (Essential for OEM / Tier 1)High English level (Essential)Knowledge in process related to the C-TPAT CertificationKnowledge in process related to the IATF CertificationInventory control, demand analysis, and problem-solving If you love creating innovative solutions, have a keen sense of proactivity and really want to work in one of the most renowned companies in the automotive sector...
