Manage and support customer logistics specialist regarding customer orders and delivery management (EDI-ASN, Customer Portals, ERP tools etc) Act as Brembo Plant Logistic interface with the Customer Logistics Responsibilities Fulfills customer inquiries and documentation regarding order, deliveries, shipments Contribute to Demand Planning activities within S&OP process. Monitors customer portfolio deviations in comparison toward S&OP demand. Coordinate achievement of customer service metrics (service level/backlog), special transport minimization Monitors the cumulative customer demand variation and accuracy highlighting critical cases. Monitors service level as published/communicated by customer to implement/follow up improvement actions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience +5 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Customer Service (Essential).
