Job Title: CAE Engineer/CFD AnalystMilwaukee, WI----------------------------------------Job Description:We are seeking an experienced CAE Engineer/CAD Specialist to join our team.As a key member of the design and development process, you will be responsible for conducting FE analysis, validation testing, and result interpretation in areas of Vibration Durability, Mechanical Shock, Crashworthiness, and General Structural Engineering.You will specify and design multiple complex mechanical components and sub-assemblies using Solid Works CAD system - including injection molded plastic/rubber components, labels, machined/cast metal parts, formed metal parts, structural items, fans, fasteners, gaskets, clips, and other hardware to OEM and Aftermarket automotive requirements for high volume production.You will implement and assist other engineers with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) to ensure that the design of components optimizes the manufacturing and assembly process.Ensure that the design of components facilitates handling throughout the product life cycle from shipping through disassembly and recycling.You will support discussions and presentations with customers, suppliers and other groups related to the development of assigned products.As part of the project team, you will work on solving difficult problems, developing fundamental understanding, and general process engineering and process understanding that could require measurement, data acquisition and analysis.You will support operations from early engineering development through design validation to ensure successful production intent product design.In this role, you should have 7 years experience in CAE/CFD and 1 year in CAD.You must have MS/MTech in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any other relevant disciplines.Qualification:- MS in Mechanical Engineering
