En CRH Talento en IT, estamos en búsqueda de un IT & Product Manager para laborar de forma PresencialUbicación: Monterreybuscamos un IT & Product Manager responsable de liderar la gestión técnica y funcional de productos digitales, asegurando su desarrollo, calidad y alineación con la estrategia del negocio.Será un rol clave para coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (Desarrollo, QA, UX/UI), garantizar entregables, optimizar procesos y mantener una comunicación efectiva entre áreas técnicas y de negocio.🎯 Responsabilidades principalesPlanear y gestionar el ciclo de vida del producto.Supervisar arquitectura, calidad del código y cumplimiento de requisitos funcionalesCoordinar equipos de desarrollo, QA y UX/UI.Asegurar entregas de alta calidad y cumplimiento de plazos.Implementar y promover metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).Optimizar procesos, herramientas y prácticas técnicas.Actuar como enlace entre áreas técnicas y de negocio. 🛠️ Requisitos técnicos5+ años en gestión de productos o proyectos tecnológicos.Experiencia en productos digitales (web, mobile, APIs, plataformas).Dominio de metodologías ágiles.Conocimiento sólido en desarrollo de software (frontend, backend y/o mobile).Comprensión de arquitectura de aplicaciones y buenas prácticas de programación.Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios. 💼 Esquema de contratación y prestacionesAguinaldo: 100%.Prestaciones: De ley + Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores.
