Job OpportunityWe are seeking skilled professionals to fill a critical role in our organization.The Gaming Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing content to ensure it meets community guidelines and upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality.This includes moderating types such as Image, Text, Video, Audio, and 3D experiences.To succeed in this role, you must be able to handle large amounts of user-generated content, deal with sensitive situations, and maintain objectivity.You should also possess excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and investigative skills.Computer skills, including experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and slide deck software, are essential.Responsibilities:- Review content to determine community guidelines are met- Moderate Image, Text, Video, Audio, and 3D experiences- Maintain a high level of compliance and confidentiality standards- Frequently review training material to remain current and knowledgeable on workflow changes, operational guidelines, and policy updates- Comply with performance indicators or parameters defined by operational goals- Review sensitive content, including the reporting and handling of inappropriate materialQualifications:- Ability to handle large amounts of user-generated content- Ability to deal with sensitive situations and malicious content online- Ability to be objective instead of subjective- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team- Critical thinking and investigative skills- Ability to quickly adapt and adjust priorities as new projects and processes come online- Strong written and verbal communication- Computer skills, including comprehensive experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and slide deck software (ideally in Google Workspace)Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Trust and Safety field (or equivalent experience in Moderation or Support)- Knowledge of the gaming industry, social media industry, or any combination thereof- Understanding of social media content creation and its impacts- Staying up to date with online trends and popular culture- Relevant degrees such as psychology, communications, or investigations can be beneficial
