Descripcion:1. Experience in Metal (stamping and casting) and plastics (injection molding).2. Desirable experience in CCA's (circuit card assemblies)3. To provide service to all plants/divisions (operations and airline services)4. Demonstrated experience developing new vendors and workarounds (working in conjunction with manufacturing engineering) to mitigate any risk against the MPS.5. Desirable exposure to NPI/R&D6. Able to monitor all part numbers involved within their commodities to manage vendor's performance and bring material on time to avoid any impact to the MPS.7. To have a good micro control of all their PN's within their commodity to understand where this component is used, what are the SO involved and prioritize the criticality based on LT's/impact.8. Exposure to any ERP and good understanding of how the MRP works and how to react to their signals (PO suggestion, change suggestion, LT/MOQ update).9. Able to build, track and manage internal improvement projects based on lean manufacturing principles (ex. BOM cost reduction).10. Leadership abilities to coach and mentor planner buyer jr and mid-level to develop their technical skillsExperiência:Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in appropriate discipline or additional equivalent experience required.- 2+ years' experience with indirect purchasing/procurement in a manufacturing environment required.- Experience with Materials Resource Planning (MRP), including the ability to read and understand MRP reports required.Additional Qualifications- Aerospace industry experience preferred.- Negotiation and program management skills.- Knowledge of inventory management and inventory strategy.- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams with all management levels in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
