The incumbent requires excellent drive and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements, source vendors and monitor delivery commitments, delivery performance and inventory levels.Main tasks are to configure SAP, analyze and execute actions suggested by MRP to meet demand requirements and manage Purchase Order life cycle - from PO placement to PO closing.**Responsibilities**:- Manage Foundry inventory at subcontractor locations (i.e ChipBond, Amkor, Greatek, etc).- Proactively identify and manage procurement risks such supply chain disruptions, including mitigation strategies, risk level monitoring and reporting.- Analyzing supply needs and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock.- Track key procurement metrics including cost and cost avoidance, spend, lead times, supplier performance.- Generate reports, including analysis, summaries, recommendations, and presentations.**Required Experience and Skills**:- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or a related discipline. Master’s is a plus.- 5+ years supply chain experience in a combination of procurement, supply planning, demand planning, data analytics, and internal/external manufacturing planning.- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Preferred SAP.- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing and theory of constrains.- Proficient management of large amount of data.- Experience with JIT, MRP, lean manufacturing.- Strong proficiency with Microsoft programs.- Bi-lingual Spanish and English.**Desired Experience and Skills**:- Familiarity with visualization tools such Power BI- Experience using Kinaxis Rapid Response- APICS certification- Skyworks is proud to be an equal opportunity employer supporting diversity in the workplace._
