At Coface, we help businesses thrive in a complex world.Our team of experts navigate through uncertainty to make informed decisions and trade smarter every day.We offer a range of solutions that empower companies to grow and succeed.Join our international organization where your ideas matter and you can see the impact of your actions.Shape the future of trade with us.Position: Accounts Payable SpecialistRole OverviewAs an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.Record and analyze amortizations, depreciations, and accounting provisions.Prepare and file taxes in accordance with regional and corporate guidelines.Perform bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure proper balance alignment.Execute account revaluations and foreign currency conversions.Analyze overdue portfolios and recognize provisions for doubtful accounts.Calculate and record interest on internal and external loans.Ensure compliance with internal controls and support both internal and external audits.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Public Accounting or related field.Minimum 3-4 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in multinational or shared services environments.Familiarity with financial reporting standards (preferred).Strong experience in reconciliations and closing processes.Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and basic verbal communication).Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Core CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams.Experience implementing internal controls, automation, and process improvements.What We OfferFlexible hybrid work model.Career development in a global, inclusive environment.Ongoing training and learning opportunities.Competitive benefits exceeding legal requirements.#J-*****-Ljbffr
