QualificationsBachelor's degree (BSc) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy) or equivalent skills and experience required.Minimum 5 years in engineering management, preferably in the electronics manufacturing or EMS industry, with experience in high mix/low-mid volume production of PCBA's and Box Build Products.Strong technical background with expertise in electronic product design, manufacturing processes, maintenance and quality management systems.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.Experience with assembly process evaluation, control, and validation, PFMEA, SPC, and first article process controls, Design of Experiments (DOE), Design for Manufacturability (DFM).Knowledge of Manufacturing Process Management Software Program Applications, Computer Aided Design (CAD) or similar programs is highly desirable.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the engineering and maintenance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth.Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet project deadlines, quality standards, and customer requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, and quality assurance to drive continuous improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.Oversee the design and development of new products, ensuring adherence to specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Coordinate with customers to understand their technical requirements, provide engineering support, and address any concerns or issues.Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, including resource allocation, budget management, and timeline tracking.Drive innovation and technology adoption by staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.#J-*****-Ljbffr
