**United.** Inspired.Performance unites us, innovation inspires us, and commitment drives us to keep moving forward.**We succeed in our core business because we are passionate innovators with courage to change**.With collaboration and mutual confidence, teams and individuals trust and support each other's abilities to offer solutions.Together, we lead the way to make mining and construction more sustainable.Join our teamAre you interested in audit of travel expense reports, matching of payments between Concur and the different ERP ´s.Join our team of PtP/OtC/TnE team**Your Mission**: Ensuring timely and quality travel expense audit services delivery to entities in the Americas supported by the Regional Center of Excellence.**Responsibilities**:- Perform day to day activities like;- Audit of travel expense reports- Matching of payments between Concur and the different ERPs- GL Account reconciliations- Error corrections- Support the implementation of improvements to processes and tools in TnE- Participate in projects for the TnE Regional Center of Excellence Team- Contribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the Global organization- Follow agreed procedures within the team**Your profile**:- Relevant University degree preferred.- Experience in travel expense audits in a multinational company.- 1-2 years' experience in working in a multinational Shared Service organization will be an advantage- Good command of Spanish.Working knowledge of English preferred.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel.- Knowledge of ERP systems like Infor M3 and BPCS will be an advantage.- Experience from working with SAP Concur are meriting**Personality**- Good organizational and analytical skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines- Strong continuous improvement mindset- Positive attitude, analytical approach with good problem solving skills- Ability to plan work effectively- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details- Team player, enthusiastic, innovative and pro-active with good organizing and time management skills**It all starts with people**.The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.To succeed, we need to speed up the shift towards more sustainable mining and construction industries.We at Epiroc accelerate this transformation, together with customers and business partners in more than 150 countries, by developing and providing innovative and safe equipment, digital solutions, and aftermarket support.
