**Job Overview**We are shaping the future of IoT technology and driving innovation in production management.Our team ensures that production meets customer requirements, leveraging state-of-the-art facilities and a forward-thinking environment that empowers employees to grow, learn, and contribute to products making a real impact.The Production Manager is responsible for reviewing customer requirements, forecasts, and internal production needs to plan and schedule production orders effectively.This role ensures timely delivery commitments and coordinates with departments to resolve issues impacting revenue or delivery performance.Key responsibilities include:Developing short- and long-term production plans to meet demand fluctuationsAdjusting production based on demand changes and material shortagesLoading production orders and collaborating with cross-functional teamsEscalating issues impacting revenue or delivery performanceMonitoring material availability and coordinating new product validationsSupporting capacity analysis and ensuring timely responses to sales inquiriesComplying with legal and quality requirements and participating in training programs**Requirements**To be successful in this role, you will need:A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business AdministrationAt least 5 years of experience in production planningProficiency in Business Central or similar ERP systemsIntermediate English proficiency and intermediate Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**What We Offer**Our company offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
