Planning Manager

**ALIGN TECHNOLOGY****Solicita**:Planning Manager****Descripción y Requisitos**Planning Manager is responsible for developing the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory across multiple sites, the qualified individual will be responsible for providing the Aligner Fab and/or Treatment planning with a monthly production plan to match installed capacity with regional sales forecast.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree completed.- Master's degree (Desired).- 10+ years of directly related experience.- Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment processes.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to reason and influence at all levels.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP).- Proficient in SAP.- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Desired).- Advance knowledge in Microsoft office suite.**Responsibilities**:- Compiling supply plans of different production facilities and ensure that supply meets or exceeds demand plans.- Analyze Aligner Fabrication/Treatment targets and manage capacity planning and drive adjustments to meet demand with all production teams.- Determining the desired backlog and inventory levels for both operations including determining capacity buffer levels in cooperation with the operations/production organization.- Performing statistical analysis of demand growth, new business opportunities, customer expectations, and internal supply constraints to develop production plans, by month, for a rolling 18-month period.- Strong collaboration with the Business Managers, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Management will be critical to meeting business goals.- Provides Leadership, coaching and hand-on guidance on capacity planning process development and improvement.- Enables labor efficiency and tool utilization improvement through the design, implementation and monitoring of key performance indicators across different productive units.- Create a rolling 18-month Master Production Plan for designated products, taking into consideration the sales forecast, historical sales, and new business opportunities.- Analyze and identify risks associated with the options built into the Master Production Plan, including manufacturing lead times and other constrained resources.- Develop inventory targets and manage production to achieve targeted inventory levels on both a cost and unit basis.- Analyze Aligner Fabrication targets and manage capacity planning and drive adjustments to meet demand with all production teams.- Review sales forecast with business manager on a monthly basis through a resource requirement-planning meeting, suggest modifications and highlight risks consistent with the analysis of current or historical demand patterns.(Judged Demand Process).- Support the Sales and Operations review process to maintain service levels, performance against schedule, inventory strategy and supply plan to meet demand and growth plans.- Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations and data requires an evaluation of intangibles- Identifies and sets strategic direction for large projects.- Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results- Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups- Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways- Barriers to entry such as technical committee review exist at this levelInitiates projects, develops project proposals, and plans work execution.Contributing through others (Can support the manager in managing and coaching the team in daily work)- Other activities may be assigned- Will not supervise othersPuesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**Tipo de contrato: PermanenteSalario: NegociablePais: MEXICOEstado o Region: ChihuahuaCiudad: Ciudad Juarez
