To be considered for this position you must have an advanced level of English & SpanishLocation: Remote-Anywhere in LATAMCompensation: Between USD/ monthlyAbout the role:At GBS Group, our diverse team of multi-disciplinary consultants partners with our clients to ensure they accomplish their business goals.GBS Group prides itself on providing high-quality services through a culture of empathy, understanding, and integrity with our clients.Our clients' success is our success, and we're looking for a skilled Senior Tax Accountant to become an essential part of our team and contribute to this mission.As a Senior Tax Accountant, you'll lead complex assignments, collaborate with junior accountants, and work directly with our clients to provide expert tax guidance.This role offers the opportunity to manage high-level tasks, advise clients on sophisticated tax strategies, and set a standard of excellence within our firm.Key Responsibilities:Analysis of financial information and preparation of financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities for clients.Oversee and prepare various tax returns, including NR, FBAR, S, F,, andReview and process incoming financial documentation such as such as bank statements and client documentation.Facilitating clients to ensure they are complying with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.Perform additional accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned.Some of your abilities for success are:Analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detailCommunication and organization skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and high-volume work environmentMust be comfortable reading, writing, and speaking to clients about tax accounting matters in both English and Spanish.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation and 5+ year experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Proficiency in QuickBooks and Tax ProgramsAdvanced level of English & SpanishPrior experience preparing complex tax returns and corporate tax filingsPreferred Qualifications:3+ years experience working in a CPA or Bookkeeping firmAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelIntermediate Knowledge of QuickBooksExperience working with UltraTax CSCPA or Enrolled Agent certification, or active pursuit of certificationExperience in Tax PreparationExperience working for a US-based CompaniesDemonstrated experience with tax planning and advising for multinational clientsAbout GBS Group:At GBS Group, we help entrepreneurs and executives create opportunities by building better businesses.We accomplish our mission by providing integrated business solutions to small and medium businesses.GBS Group has two (2) main areas of expertise:Start-up ServicesFinancial & Tax AdvisoryOur client's success is our success.GBS Group has offices in Miramar, FL.#J-*****-Ljbffr
