Salario: MXN $40,000 mensualesEstamos buscando a un/a Onboarding Manager con experiencia en productos SaaS B2B, capaz de liderar implementaciones de principio a fin y asegurar que los clientes tengan una experiencia clara, ordenada y exitosa desde el primer día.La persona ideal tendrá experiencia gestionando proyectos de implementación, entendiendo procesos de negocio y coordinando integraciones de datos como ventas o inventarios.Será responsable de conducir reuniones de descubrimiento, planificar actividades y tiempos, validar configuraciones técnicas, entrenar a usuarios clave y acompañar a los clientes hasta el Go-Live.Buscamos a alguien con más de 5 años de experiencia en onboarding o implementación.Es importante manejar Excel a un nivel avanzado y tener la capacidad de traducir necesidades del cliente en configuraciones prácticas dentro de la plataforma.Valoramos mucho la comunicación clara, la organización, el manejo de expectativas y la habilidad para generar confianza con distintos perfiles dentro de una empresa.Si además has trabajado con software analítico o metodologías de gestión de proyectos, será un plus.
