**What You Will Do in Your Role**- Research and resolve all issues with invoices and statement of accounts.- Document correspondence and update account as needed in system of record.- Research various systems, repositories, and customer portals to investigate and resolve unpaid invoices.- Coordinate internal resources to resolve billing issues, customer disputes and total account reconciliations.- Establish relationships with the business and deductions to assist in managing the portfolio.- Escalate invoices issues accordingly.- Support deductions management team to ensure issues/problems are resolved in a timely manner.**The Experience You Will Bring**- Related experience in business, accounting, finance, or similar fields.- English written and verbal communication.- Experience in B2B Collections.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.- Experience with S4 HANA and/or GETPAID.- Experience with Salesforce.- Portuguese language capability.**Skills and Abilities**:- Must be action oriented and possess excellent time management and organizational skills and manage multiple priorities meeting tight deadlines.- Ability to analyze large data sets in spreadsheets and utilize Excel analysis tools including pivot tables, v-lookup, and if-then logic.- Work collaboratively with other departments and functional teams to coordinate effective solutions, communicate effectively across teams, functions, and departments.**Experience**:- Experience in B2B Collections: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English written and verbal communication (required)
