**Product Information Coordinator**As a Product Information Coordinator, you will work for the Data Control Department.You are responsible for product management.Specific duties include overseeing product life cycle management, tracking product inventory and discontinuation, helping with product launches, doing appropriate data, and upload.They will work to complete a variety of tasks which support the smooth operations of the Ecommerce Product Uploading Team and theAccount Managers for our POD business.**Duties include, but are limited to**:- Provide support for e-Commerce sites: direct to consumer and dropship- Maintain inventory levels and product listing- Oversee third-party fulfillment by maintaining inventory levels and product assortments- Assist with day-to-day site maintenance and content changes- Coordinate project list for all e-commerce development projects- Responsible for new product creation and ensuring accuracy of all product information on the sites- Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy for online location- Requesting product images per customer specifications**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES**:- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel- Must be detail-oriented- Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision- Ability to input data accurately and quickly- Ability to work in high pace/high volume environment- Maintain a sense of urgency and motivation to complete tasks**DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES**:- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Knowledge of pop-culture (preferred)- Flexible and adaptive- Communicative**WORK ENVIRONMENT AND/OR PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:Long hours of sitting at a desk and looking at a computer**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $3,****** per week**Language**:- English (required)
