**Please Send your resume in ENGLISH****Most be fluent speaking English****Position Summary**The Order Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Operations department on multiple tasks, including entering data from source documents within time limits. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities. The coordinator updates, maintains, inputs and verifies output of important data through our company’s databases and computer systems maintaining up-to-date, usable and accurate records of valuable company information. The OMC works together with Sales, Customer Service, and the Operations team to analyze the operational delays and work with teams on corrective action plans.**Essential Duties and responsibilities**- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.- Compiling and verifying accuracy; sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.- Managing excel spreadsheets for every order to ensure sales order is entered into the system in a timely manner from customer service.- Ensuring customer service is sending the order into production in a timely manner.- Ensuring purchasing/production is placing their orders in a timely manner.- Works with domestic and import production/Customer service team to gather important information.- Analyzing where order processing can be approved and/or adjusted and working with operations, sales, and customer service team to better the timelines.- Sending reports and analysis to COO and SVP of operations of where OMC sees room for improvement.- Reviewing order data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible and checking output.- Resolving discrepancies in order information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.- Responding to order information requests from authorized members.- Inserting order data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.- Complying with data integrity and security policies.- Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.- Assisting the SVP of Operations and Executive assistant with data collection, compilations, analysis, and other tasks as needed.- Other tasks and duties as needed.**Minimum Qualifications**- Proven data entry work experience.- 1-2 years in customer service, operations, or sales.- Experience in a retail, wholesale, apparel setting is a plus.- Basic Excel knowledge is a must.- Experience with MS Office and data programs is preferred.- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.- Great attention to detail.- High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.**Requirements**:- Data entry skills- Attention to detail- High level of accuracy- Strong work ethic- Strong organizational skills- Confidentiality- Thoroughness- Ability to analyze information**Salary**: From $4,200.00 per week**Language**:- English in a fluent way (required)
