Objective Manage, coordinate, and follow up on the manager's activities, schedule, and communications to ensure that their priorities are carried out in an orderly and timely manner. Main responsibility Manage the schedule: meetings, trips, commitments, reminders. Channel information: filter emails, prepare responses, prioritize issues. Prepare documentation: reports, presentations, minutes. Coordinate administrative projects: follow up on pending items, dates, and deliverables. Act as a liaison between the manager and other areas, clients, or suppliers. Ensure that administrative processes flow smoothly: purchases, payments, internal requests. Required Skills Organization and time management Effective communication Results-oriented Confidentiality and discretion Advanced English (spoken and written) Requirements Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field Previous experience in executive or administrative assistance (3–5 years) Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Writing and coordination skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
