**Quality Manager**:**SHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY FROM DAY ONE.**This position is part of our EDS business unit.**Summary**:Responsible for the management of material integrity, human and administrative resources to meet the business objectives and quality conservation for our final and internal customers**Responsibilities**:- Ensure compliance in the process of solving problems and responding to the client in time - Ensure implementation of corrective actions on the floor- Fulfillment of goals and objectives of the area such as WFCC, Draws and reworks, PPM- Ensure compliance with the Quality System and Manufacturing Systems.Follow-up to PFMEA and floor control plans- Follow-up to Prevent and Assure- Keep your staff trained, qualified and certified in the operations of the line Compliance with the quality operating system.- Implement quality plans for new launches and design changes implementation - Monitor KPI's related to Quality- Customer first contact and follow up- Ensure customer complaint quality protocol to be follow- Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements**Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)**:- Bachelor's degree - Bilingual Spanish and English- 3+ years' experience as a quality manager for harness automotive manufacturing environment.- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Skype, Teams, etc.) Ensure compliance in the process of solving problems and responding to the client in time**Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Process.- Experience on Automotive harnesses manufacturing process- Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics- Resourcefully innovative and adapts in a rapidly changing environment- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently**Aptiv Rewards and Advantages**:- Competitive compensation- Learning and development opportunities- Discount programs with various manufacturers and retailers- Recognition for innovation and excellence- Opportunities to give back to the community- Meaningful work that makes a difference in the world- Relocation assistance may be availableAbout Signal & Power SolutionsSignal & Power Solutions leverages our heritage as a global architecture provider and systems integrator to deliver the high speed data and electrical power distribution systems required for feature rich, highly automated vehiclesAptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
