Valatam's clients are growing US and Canadian businesses with remote entry-level vacancies or a high volume of computer/telephone tasks.Provided your work generates 5 qualified sales calls per week, you are free to work as and when you please, until this KPI is met you are expected to complete the below activities:Adding 40 vetted leads to our outreach tool (Apollo.io) personalized email sequences & LinkedIn sequences daily.Keeping Hubspot CRM updated.Making 100 phone calls daily.High-touch manual outreach.Manual follow-ups by phone/email/LinkedIn.Tracking activities daily in a scorecard.Daily huddles and Weekly feedback sessions with the rest of the team.Experimenting with FB/Twitter outreach.Community and awareness building (responding to Quora, LinkedIn, blog posts recommending our services).Attend sales huddles and trainings with enthusiasm, a genuine love for sales and a yearning for learning.C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills.Experience with Hubspot, apollo.io, or similar tools.1+ years of BDR and sales cold-calling experience to set sales appointments.Independent, problem solver, adaptable, and great communication skills.
