**_ OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE _**- Ensure we are using agile QA frameworks, processes, tools, and technologies to maximize test efficiency and delivery pipelines for web features and modules built in Drupal.- Provide continuous support to refine our testing principles, processes, and methodologies with a strong focus on test automation for Web Products.**_ SCOPE _**- Works with product owners to lead testing activities for features built into the product.- Advise and manage less experienced testers in effectively analyzing testing needs, plans and best practices- Bring knowledge and experience in working with agile QA frameworks, processes, tools, and technologies to maximize test efficiency- Responsible for the quality assurance (QA) of features and modules built in Drupal.- Manage end-to-end QA and provide QA updates/reports to the product owner**_ ACCOUNTABILITIES_**_ _- Lead testing and QA efforts for Drupal feature and module builds.- Lead QA capabilities as an experienced practitioner and be a role model to the member and support junior testers members in their career progression- Manage escalations, risks and issues related to the testing and QA outcomes- Ensure that engineering, design and testing standards and practices comply with Global IT governance and architectural standards while performing in a heavily regulated environment- Works with business and IT stakeholders to lead testing activities end to end for features and modules built and provide QA updates/reports to the product owner.- Advise and manage less experienced testers in effectively analyzing testing needs, plan and best practices- Bring knowledge and experience of working with agile QA frameworks, process, tools and technologies to maximize test efficiency**_ EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:_**- 5 + years of experience in leading and managing a team of Software QAs/Testers.- Required: Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.- Testing experience in Drupal.- Have worked with one or more of the following automation test management tools: qTest, Tosca, VERA, BrowserStack, OctoPerf, and Jfrog.- Knowledge and experience with Jira and Confluence.- Passionate about change and continuous improvement; willing to challenge the status quo and dissent when needed, and not afraid to point out areas of development.- Excellent leadership skills and abilities, planning, effecting change, building and leading technology teams, and resource management; a track record of success in developing technology leaders and staff.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal English skills with the ability to present ideas in a business and user-friendly language.- Demonstrable knowledge in agile software testing practices.- Scaled Agile Framework or other Agile certifications a plus.**Locations**:MEX - Santa Fe**Worker Type**:Employee**Worker Sub-Type**:Regular**Time Type**:Full time
