**_ OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE _**- The Service Manager is a specialist with experience in digital product development, with a focus on web products.- Able to work independently on tasks with high cross-product/cross-function complexity.- Oversee the development of projects from the inception stage to the live online deployment.- Contributes to business process improvements within the area of responsibility.Supports scope definition and participates in setting business priorities for changes and system implementations.**_ ACCOUNTABILITIES_**- Works with product owners to identify the challenges and opportunities for web digital solutions to make an impact- Manage the budget, scope, and timeline for digital projects.- Creates deadlines and action items for every project team member.- Leads daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress.- Writes project status reports for the team and key executives.- Addresses bottlenecks and adjusts the timeline and deliverables.- Works with team members individually to resolve any issues.- Hosts project recap meetings to gather team feedback.- Helps present the final deliverables to stakeholders.**_ DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS _**- Ability to create tactical plans that support the execution of a broader strategy, ability to decompose high-level information into small parts, abstract small parts into a large picture- Ability to find missing information and coordinate gathering of inputs on his own- Deep knowledge of relevant domains- Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through roadblocks- Experience in Agile development**Leadership** _(Vision, strategy and business alignment, people management, communication, influencing others, managing change) _- Ability to cooperate with people directly or indirectly (matrix structure)- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders and support them in their "Agile" journey; making sure that products owners and project stakeholders are aware and understand their roles in delivering a successful product- Facilitates a culture that is open to innovation and autonomy.- Ability to comfortably communicates the impact of various projects to the leadership team.**Decision-making and Autonomy** _(The capacity and authority to make organizational decisions, autonomy in decision-making, complexity of decisions, impact of decisions, problem-solving)_- Able to balance the needs of the business team and the relevant Platform Teams when managing and prioritizing the project pipeline.- Assertive, with the confidence to be a voice of authority and the ability to influence stakeholders.- Ability to foster a learning and growth mindset within teams- Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-development.**Interaction** _(The span and nature of one's engagement with others when performing one's job, internal and external relationships)_- Create and maintain an atmosphere of trust through the facilitation of retrospectives and feedback exchange among team members.- Help other teams and conventional parts of the organization build effective communication and interaction with the team.- Coordinate interaction with other teams of one's own and other units.- Coordinate interaction of internal and external resources within the business analysis area**Complexity** _(Products managed, mix of businesses, internal and/or external business environment, cultural considerations)_- Clear obstacles and blockers in the team's path (such as dependencies on other teams) and maintain a list of obstacles- Contribute to product development to the extent of her or his competence- Divide problems into smaller tasks and solve them effectively.Understands relations and trends in more complex tasks- Lead the development of complex products, as well as contribute to the design of operational processes to support the product.**_ EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:_**- Bachelor's or master's degree in the relevant field, or other relevant work experience.- 5+ years of experience in a project management area- 2+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.- Proficiency in English in both verbal and written communication is a must**Locations**:MEX - Santa Fe**Worker Type**:Employee**Worker Sub-Type**:Regular**Time Type**:Full time
