**Vacante para la empresa Varuz HeadHunters en REMOTO - Iztacalco, Ciudad de México**:**Sr.Web Engineer, Accessibility**We are seeking for a SeniorEngineer to join our Product Engineering team, you will work on and build our core product that enables millions of users to achieve better healthcare outcomes.As a senior engineer on this team, you will be the architect, designer, and coder of the project.You'll use your expertise to drive accessibility efforts.You'll work closely with the product management, design and other engineers to make the team's vision a reality.You'll have the opportunity to lead cross-team efforts, mentor your team members and establish engineering best practices.**Responsibilities**- Build out our products, features, and services- Advocate for accessibility standards- Help us evolve and improve the architecture, performance, and operability of our systems.- Drive features and products through the full development lifecycle.- Collaborate with tight-knit teams - teach us what you know and learn from us.- Build systems which support privacy and security for sensitive personal and medical data.- Mentor other engineers on a variety of topics: engineering standard methodologies (coding, frameworks, architecture, CI/CD), project management (task planning), and career growth.**Qualifications**- 5+ years of development experience inwebdevelopment and leadership experience- Experience in our current technologies: Javascript, React, GraphQL, Docker, AWS- Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Experience with (and fondness for) automated testing- Extensive knowledge and experience with assistive technologies (JAWS, VoiceOver, Dragon NaturallySpeaking)- Extensive knowledge and experience with WCAG 2 accessibility standards and guidelines- Experience with accessibility audit and quality assurance tools and processes- Preferred: IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) certification and/or IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification**Additional Perks**- Competitive salary- Remote work option with home internet allowance- Healthcare insurance (medical, dental, and vision)- Savings fund- Food coupons- 30 days Christmas bonus- 25 Total days off first year (Vacation, Sick, PTO)- 50% Vacation premium- Education stipend**Nível de educación deseada**:Media Superior**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Hospital y Cuidados de la Salud**Habilidades**:- web developer- react- web- accessibility
