You will support in the internal and external audit process, as well as in the monitoring of the compliance process. About the Role: Follow-up of certificate renewal forms and also of cancellation forms. Prepare the information of the TOBAS Commercial Terms Agreement. Register reinsurers in the Security Market. Track third party registration with the legal department. Monitoring of the renewal of the certificates of operation of the CA. Provide information for internal and external auditors. Monitoring of mandatory corporate courses. Review and validate the correct access in the Share Drive for the Aon Reinsurance Solutions team. Coordinate and deliver Aon legal and regulatory information requested by companies. Monitor the renewal of Errors and Omissions policies. Validate clients’ annual meal expenses (CER). Deliver and report third‑party expirations that need to be renewed. Verify compliance with customer gift policy. Provide different information as needed. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Business accounting, auditing, actuary, administration, finance or a similar degree. Advance English. Previous experience of 6–7 years in similar work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good organizational and prioritization.
